Snorklee Assistant and credits
Snorklee Assistant produces analyses on demand: the “Generate an insight” summary and the plain-language “Ask a question”. Nothing ever runs on its own: every generation starts from an explicit click.
What is included
The Snorklee One plan includes a monthly allocation of 30 to 120 Snorklee generations depending on your volume tier (30 · 50 · 80 · 120). The allocation is credited at each subscription charge and stays usable for 35 days — enough to cover the current month.
During the 14-day free trial — open from sign-up, with no credit card — nothing is charged, so there is no monthly allocation: the 10 welcome generations granted when you create your account are what let you try Snorklee Assistant. Your tier's allocation starts with your first payment.
Also outside credits: the daily email briefing, the weekly client reports, and viewing all the data already collected (dashboards, exports).
What consumes credits
Each generation triggered by a click draws on your Snorklee credit balance:
| Feature | Where |
|---|---|
| “Generate an insight” — the summary of the active period | Analytics tab |
| “Ask a question” — a plain-language question about your numbers | Analytics tab |
Every generation costs 1 credit, whatever the operation. Credits are debited before the model call and automatically refunded if the generation fails or produces nothing: no credit lost on an error on our side.
Top-ups
When the balance is empty, the button gives way to an invitation to top up. Packs are bought as a one-off payment from Billing → Credits (/billing/dashboard#credits):
| Pack | Price ex. VAT |
|---|---|
| 50 credits | €5 |
| 110 credits | €10 |
| 240 credits | €20 |
Billed in euros in the euro area, in US dollars elsewhere. A PDF invoice is issued for every top-up; purchase and consumption history is visible on the same page.
The rules
- Pack credits: valid 12 months from purchase; the plan's monthly allocation: 35 days. Credits are consumed first from the lot expiring soonest.
- No credit lost on error: if a generation fails for a technical reason attributable to the service, the credit is automatically refunded.
- Credits are attached to the account: they cover all your sites, with nothing to allocate.
- They are neither transferable nor refundable after expiry (except where mandatory law provides otherwise — see the terms and conditions).
