My sites

The My sites tab is where you manage every site linked to your account: display order, pausing collection, renaming, a "client" note, archiving and the weekly report.

#Site order (drag and drop)

Drag sites by the handle (or use the ↑↓ arrows) to set their order. This order drives the site selector at the top of the dashboard: the first one becomes the default site shown. The order is personal to each user.

#Pause data collection

The "Pause tracking" button stops audience measurement for this site without deleting anything. "Resume tracking" turns it back on. Note: this affects the site's data collection, not the email report sending.

Billing and collection are two separate things. Going over your pageview volume never cuts off measurement, and an exhausted credit balance only affects Snorklee Assistant (see Snorklee Assistant and credits), never your audience data. However, when your free trial or your paid access ends (cancellation, non-renewal), collection keeps running for 30 more days, then it is suspended until you (re)subscribe: the data already collected is kept and measurement resumes the day you pay. Finally, an administrative suspension — very rare, and notified — is also beyond this button.

#Rename and add a client note

Each row lets you rename the site (display name) and add a "client" note — handy for agencies managing several clients' sites. The note is private and personal to your account.

#Archive, restore, erase

Archiving removes the site from the dashboard while keeping its data recoverable for 30 days; it reappears under "Recently archived" with a Restore button. Erasing permanently deletes the site and all its data (GDPR, right to erasure) — irreversible, with a double confirmation.
