How do I choose my plan?
Pick the plan whose monthly pageview volume covers yours. All features are included on every plan — you pay for volume, never for features. Change plan anytime from your portal.
Why no lifelong free plan?
Because we want to stay independent — paid by our customers, not by their attention. 30 days without a card are enough to validate the tool.
What verifiable GDPR compliance?
The Compliance tab generates a self-assessment PDF aligned with the EU GDPR and EDPB / CNIL guidelines, signed and dated. Source code is auditable and invariants are CI-checked.
What if I exceed my volume?
Nothing breaks. Alerts at 80%, 100%, 120%, 150% and 200%, and after 7 days of overage we suggest a plan change. Unexpected viral spike (HackerNews, viral post, campaign)? Write to us: each case is reviewed and a commercial gesture proposed.
I'm an institution, public sector, agency or enterprise — what now?

Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), SEPA direct debit (Euro zone, no fees), and public sector invoicing (wire transfer on invoice) for government and large organisations.
Can I migrate from Google Analytics or Plausible?
Yes. GA history is not importable (locked at Google), but Plausible CSV is supported. Step-by-step guide in public docs.
Will my visitors see a cookie banner?
No. snorklee sets no cookies. You can skip the cookie banner for analytics, and keep your functional cookies (cart, login, preferences).
Cancellation and refund?
1-click cancellation from your portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no automatic prorated refund unless legally required or agreed in writing. CSV ZIP exportable data, purged within 30 days post-cancellation.
